Do not discard a link just because it doesn't say "(character's name) skirt" or "(character's name) cloak"; if you're searching for a skirt then carefully examine all the links in the skirt section, one of them might be just right for your cosplay. In the end, these are links to sewing and crafting tutorials that aren't necessarily for cosplay but that fit to certain characters.
